disputes to ensure proper credit is received. Planning, ordering,
coordinating circuit migrations for network optimization, tracking and
reporting cost savings. Responsible
for all path revisions in XPERCOM/Granite Client, Transport disconnect orders
related to EBH conversions for LTE and E node B related projects. Built
equipment, circuit segments and made assignments on equipment as necessary to
support conversion to EBH. Pulled configurations from 7750 to build path
revisions in Granite Client/XPERCOM/XNG for Microwave and fiber fed Cell
sites. Recording an additional cost savings in excess of $ 20 million
not included in annual cost savings objective. Converted all
PSTN trunk groups (AZ QWEST region) to SPOP allowing Verizon Transport team
to move forward with plans to migrate circuits to dark fiber. Placed
disconnect/add/ change and records orders with CTL, compiled cut sheets with
all circuit information, DACS changes, and LEC order information for
conversion, scheduled cuts with switch techs, redesigned all paths in
XPERCOM/XNG/Granite. Wrote work orders for conversion activities. LNR
Professional Services, LLC 10/2009-11/2010 Consultant-
C2C Interpret of ICAs and MTEAs content to support
new network implementations for 1036 rate center deployment. Complete the CLEC profiles, and the other Carrier
relations, Regulatory forms, and tool connectivity forms required by each
ILEC. Manage logins and passwords for the required
online tools, password resets when needed and instruct client on their use. Complete interconnection forms and conduct
planning meetings with ILECs. Maintained /assigned TGN and CFA assignments.
Forecasting: Determined capacity requirements for each trunk type. Dial Plan
administration: Understand dial plan requirements per the tariff and create

Determine where the holes are with the 911 info and determine network
connectivity and testing requirements with PSAPs. Managed and scheduled

produce Switched Telephony Implementation Questionnaire (STIQ) used for the
creation of the low level design scripts ( LLD scripts)/ initial load of the
