Responsible for Verizon Wireless Southwest Region Cost Savings Initiatives.  Decommissioned 4 switch networks acquired during Alltel acquisition. Consistently exceeded annual project cost savings objectives for years 2011, 2012 & 2013, saving VZW in excess of $20 million in annual validated cost savings not inclusive of addition cost savings for EBH conversion project during the duration of 30 month contract.

Held high visibility customer facing position employed as Senior Implementation Engineer for Telco software development where I was accountable for the engineering analysis and technical support on several large scale translations/network engineering projects. Extraction of client switch images from remote server locations (FTP) to shared server location for data manipulation, switch re-configuration to test software functionality in a remote lab environment. Manager-Network Provisioning/Service Delivery

Managed the efforts of the Service Delivery Team in the delivery of voice, data and VoIP solutions for a Nortel PBX Shared Tenant services provider.  Had accountability for order entry and provisioning activities for 13 Provisioning Specialists. Identified and reduced Circuit COGS MRC through circuit audits, utilization reports, and the migration of existing customers onto shared facilities and disconnecting under-utilized circuits. Further reduced circuit COGS by migrating circuits from retail accounts to wholesale accounts resulting in a cost savings of 20-40% over retail cost. By strategically reorganizing the Service Delivery team, significantly reduced the number of past internal orders by through skills assessment and the implementation of cross-functional training.
